Dr. Brown, president of SEBA Solutions Inc. provides project management training and consulting for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, both on a national and international level. He worked for more than 16 years at NASA, serving in team member, project manager and executive-level positions. Brown has received numerous awards for his project management contributions, including the NASA Public Service Medal, "Teacher of the Year" for Industrial Engineering at Florida A&M/Florida State University College of Engineering and "Engineer of the Year" from the Cape Canaveral Technical Societies.
James Dwight is President \ Head of School of Florida Air Academy, an international boarding and day college preparatory school. Mr. Dwight’s extensive professional and community service includes leadership roles as President of the Association of Military Colleges and Schools of the United States as well as Chairman of the Brevard Workforce Development Board, the Melbourne\Palm Bay Area Chamber Commerce and the Space Coast Early Intervention Center. He currently serves on the boards of the Wuesthoff Health Care System, Florida Tech University’s College of Business and the Brevard Cultural Alliance. Mr. Dwight and his wife Christine are long-time residents of Melbourne and the proud parents of two sons, Paul and Oliver. Mr Dwight is a licensed private pilot who also enjoys cycling, skiing and supporting the arts and other civic organizations.
Dr. Enstice is a life-long academic who, after receiving a Masters in Science from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1971 (and subsequently a PhD. in Science Education), served in numerous academic and administrative positions at FIT until his retirement in 2007. In his forty years of service to FIT he was Director of Academic Services for Off Campus Programs, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Associate of Vice President for Financial Affairs, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Interim Provost and Chief Academic Officer, Associate Provost and Dean of the Graduate School, and Executive Director of Extended Studies. He continues his affiliation with the university through FIT’s Professors Emeriti both as a member and as its president in 2008-2009.
Mr. Devine has more than 30 years of aerospace product and product development experience acquired through careers with the United States Air Force and as a director for business development for Northrup Grumman. He has received numerous certificates and awards for this leadership and expertise from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Sandia National Laboratories and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory.
