Ms. Porter is a certified public accountant with 31 years of experience in both public and governmental accounting. She has served as the TRDA controller since 2004, and in this capacity, she is responsible for all financial management aspects of TRDA, including budgeting, account receivables and payables, monthly financial statement reconciliation, local, state and federal tax reporting, state and federal grant invoicing and reporting, and annual audit coordination.Prior to TRDA she was associated with American Express Tax and Business Services managing their small business and tax departments. Ms. Porter also was with Johnson Controls World Services, and served as Acting Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller during the merger of Johnson Controls and Pan Am World Services Inc. In addition, she was the owner of Vicki LeBlanc Porter, CPA with a focus upon small business. Ms. Porter has also been a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the School of Business at Brevard Community College and the School of Accounting and Business at Rollins College.

Mr. Zuzo has 25 years experience in technology commercialization in both public and private sectors and completed more than 100 licensing and co-development transactions serving as Technology Commercialization Manager for Wellmark International, Manager of Contract Administration & Research for American Technology Initiative, and Director of Technology Transfer for the Desert Research Institute.

Mr. Greenough joined TRDA in 1999 and has served in various capacities related to technical/engineering projects, project management, program development/management, contract administration, and information technology. He serves as the Energy Programs Manager responsible for the agency’s energy investment, alternative fuels, clean energy, and energy efficiency programs. In addition, Mr. Greenough serves as the Florida Director and Senior Program Engineer for the Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP), which provides technical assistance to small businesses.
