Peter DiLavore

A long-time Brevard County resident, Mr. DiLavore brings to the TRDA Board of Directors his experiences as a realtor and small business owner. He has served as the Director of the Florida Association of Realtors and member of the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, in addition to numerous memberships in other civic organizations.

James T.  Brown, Ph.D.

Dr. Brown, president of SEBA Solutions Inc. provides project management training and consulting for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, both on a national and international level. He worked for more than 16 years at NASA, serving in team member, project manager and executive-level positions. Brown has received numerous awards for his project management contributions, including the NASA Public Service Medal, "Teacher of the Year" for Industrial Engineering at Florida A&M/Florida State University College of Engineering and "Engineer of the Year" from the Cape Canaveral Technical Societies.

Secretary
Jack J. Rood

Mr. Rood is a 30-year resident of Brevard County and a partner at Architects in Association, Rood and Zwick, Inc., an architecture and design firm in Cocoa, Florida. He has more than 25 years of community leadership experience, including current positions as a board member of the Brevard Workforce Development Board and the Brevard Library Foundation.

Dan Adovasio

Mr. Adovasio is a Merritt Island-based State Farm agent and a 18-year resident of Brevard County. He has served on the boards of both the EDC of Florida's Space Coast and the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Adovasio has participated in development of the Brevard County charter as a member of the Brevard County Charter Commission. He earned a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.

Lawrence L. Devine

Mr. Devine has more than 30 years of aerospace product and product development experience acquired through careers with the United States Air Force and as a director for business development for Northrup Grumman. He has received numerous certificates and awards for this leadership and expertise from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Sandia National Laboratories and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory.
