TRDA recognizes that a technically capable workforce is critical to the economic competitiveness of the United States and teachers play a critical role in the preparation of our workforce. Teachers are the link between eager students and the demands of the business world. To provide Florida's teachers with the tools that they need to spark and sustain student interest in science, technology, engineering and math, TRDA administers two programs: Teacher Quest and The Endeavour Academy. While providing teachers with valuable technology training, these programs also help to spark and sustain student interest in math and science, improve reading and technical skills and lead to the workforce of tomorrow.
