The TRDA is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Secor has accepted the position of Director for the Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program. Prior to joining the TRDA, Secor served as the President of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce. During his tenure at the Chamber, Secor launched various new technology based initiatives. He designed an interactive CD ROM to promote Titusville, created the Next Generation Computer and Technology Expo that was held at the Kennedy Space Center, and was involved in marketing the Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program to local businesses.

Secor has also served as the Chairman of the Space Commerce Partnership, an organization that is composed of over 20 different organizations that work together to promote the advancement of the space industry. He indicated that he is excited to join the TRDA and looks forward to becoming even more involved in space and technology initiatives. "This was a great opportunity ... you can't live on the space coast without having the magic of the space program in your blood," said Secor. "What's great is that this job allows me to continue on the path of helping businesses. We will be working to transfer the knowledge and the advancements of the space industry to ordinary businesses in the commercial world."

Secor holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, with a double major in Communication and Philosophy. He is also a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management.
