The Florida/NASA Business Incubation Center (FNBIC) accelerated the formation, growth and success of small, technology-based companies in Brevard County. It offerred small businesses convenient access to amenities that reduce overhead expenses and lay the foundation for future success. The FNBIC was managed through a joint partnership between the TRDA and Brevard Community College.

- FNBIC accommodated 10 to 15 early-stage companies engaged in a diversity of technology commercialization efforts
- Opened in August 1996
